Tim’s Culinary Journey: From Ranch to Le Cordon Bleu Madrid

Hello – my name is Tim Montgomery. My site will be coming online soon and routinely sharing posts about my adventure of leaving my home, a cattle ranch in the USA, to attend Le Cordon Bleu – Madrid.

Classes start January 7, 2026. At this time, I am anxiously waiting to receive my student visa from the Spanish Consulate and then prepare for the move to Madrid, Spain.

I look forward to telling you about this adventure, sharing a little about myself along the way and learning what the future has in store for me.
